Driving around, I saw all these new mega churches, even one in the midst of a busy shopping center. These large, featureless buildings--it doesn't even seem like they're about faith at all but mass anonymity. There's the oft used metaphor of comparing followers to sheep. Are so many people content to do what everyone else is doing and to squeeze themselves into something that is pretty much one-size-fits-all?
