Added the cover art for volume 21.

Wow, long time no update. Things changed: The layout. The banner header is modified from the cover of volume 15. Fonts used were Telegraphico and Aquiline. The background "wallpaper" was modified from a pattern on squidfingers.com. Table of contents for volume 20 was updated and added a review by Cat Eldridge. Put up a page for volume 21 (out in September!) with the TOC from Ellen Datlow's website. Also added FearZone's interview with Ellen Datlow, a page for Jeff Vandermeer, and a link to Green Man Review on "other links".

Yep, I'm finally putting an update page to document all the changes that I'm making to this site. The link to this page is sort of hidden on the front page--I'm still waffling over whether or not to put a link to it on the top menu.
So, on to the updates: I've finally put up the actual Table of Contents for volumes 18 and 19 instead of just stashing a list of the stories. Also I have added more reviews: Wendy Kosak (8), Amanda Fisher (11), Donna Scanlon (12, 13, 14), Fiona Webster (14), June Pulliam (15, 16), Martina Bexte (16), James Michael White (17), Ian Primm (18), Mario Guslandi (18), and Miriam Elizabeth Burstein (19).
